Do you service and repair e-bikes

As experts, we recommend that your bike is serviced at least once a year. The more you use it, the more frequently you should have it checked. Pedal Power Loughborough Ltd offer annual bike servicing, because we want to keep your bike in peak condition. Annual bike servicing can give you more years with your bike and make it easier and safer to ride.

Do you repair damaged bikes?

Even with annual maintenance, your bike might still need repairing. If your bike is damaged or harder to ride, bring it in to our workshop where we can have a look at it for you. We will identify the problem for you and can carry out repairs very quickly thanks to our huge stock of spare parts.

How do I find the right size bike / frame for me?

We provide sizing charts for each bike category (road, mountain, hybrid, electric). You’re welcome to contact us with your height, inseam and riding style, and our team will advise the ideal frame size. Alternatively, visit in-store and we’ll help you try different sizes.

Are electric bikes supported (battery, warranty, servicing)?

Absolutely. We stock, sell and service electric bikes. We support battery diagnostics and motor repairs under manufacturer warranty where applicable. For electric bikes bought elsewhere, we also accept servicing (subject to parts availability).
